We are currently in the process of adding additional functionality, and should be available in the near future.
In the meantime, if you want to update a client:
- Open you mailing list.
- Find the client you want to update.
- Delete the client.
- Now add the client back to your list with the updated details.
Our system does not allow duplicate clients to be captured in multiple lists, for obvious reasons.
For example, we have noticed multiple Financial Advisers sometimes share the same clients, and hence they both have them on their lists.
The system does not allow the client to be set up on both lists, as it will result in 2 of the same emails going to the same recipient. This will result in a quick way to get the newsletter and our mailing account identified as spam and impact the overall rating of the campaign. Hence, we only allow for the first Financial Adviser that adds the client to receive the email.
Hard bounce is an email that has failed to deliver for permanent reasons, such as the recipient’s address is invalid
Either because the domain name is incorrect, isn’t real, or the recipient is unknown, their server could have rejected it, their server could have been offline, or even full.
